Ingredients: Freshly cleaned and frozen Tapioca w/o skin
This is to declare that the Tapioca is prepared by the following procedure.
To prepare, begin by cutting off the tapered ends. Then cut the root crosswise into manageable lengths that are approximately four to six inches long. Using a sharp knife, peel of the tapioca. Cleaning the tapioca with fresh running water and split in to 2 or 3 pieces according to its size then blast freeze at -32 °C and pack and stored at – 18 °C. The procedure is carried out so as to assure that the product is free from any type of contamination.
