This is to declare that the Aviyal Mix is prepared by the following procedure.
Clean the Vegetables with fresh running water. Peal and chopped into 2 or 3 pieces according to its size then blast freeze at -32 °C after cleaning with water then Pack and stored at – 18 °C. The procedure is carried out so as to assure that the product is free from any type of contamination.
