Ingredients: Freshly cleaned and frozen DrumStick
This is to declare that the DrumStick is prepared by the following procedure.
DrumStick is sort out and cleaned with fresh water, Trim both the ends. Cut the pod at one to two inches intervals. These pieces are blanched then blast freeze at -32 °C then pack and stored at – 18 °C. The procedure is carried out so as to assure that the product is free from any type of contamination.
