BLACK HALWA

Ingredients: Refined flour, Sugar, Molasses, Coconut Juice, Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) Powder, Cashew (Anacardium Occidentale).

This is to declare that the Black Halwa is prepared by the following procedure. Heat Molasses up to 100Degrees Celsius and add water gradually. The mixture is cooled while straining, to remove any residue and impurities. Add coconut Juice (Cocos Nucifera), clear Molasses solution Rice (Oryza sativa) flour, and stirred well. The coconut Juice and cut Cashews are added, then cooled and formed in blocks, then packed for local and export markets.
